This is a service impacting maintenance notification for our Bend, OR location which you have shared or reseller hosting services in.
It has been identified that necessary power maintenance needs to be performed, in addition, we will be performing switch and router software upgrades which will be service-impacting. Both of these maintenances are necessary to ensure continued optimal service, security, and uptime and allow us to expand our Bend, OR location further.
During these two time windows, you may experience one to three network outages of approximately 15 minutes each during these periods.
Maintenance Window One:
December 12th from 1:00 AM Sri Lanka Time, until December 12th, 7:30 PM Sri Lanka Time
(December 11th from 11:30 PM Pacific Time, until December 12th, 6 AM Pacific Time)
Maintenance Window Two:
December 12th from 1:00 PM Sri Lanka Time, until December 13th, 7:30 PM Sri Lanka Time
(December 12th from 11:30 PM Pacific Time, until December 13th, 6 AM Pacific Time)
